Here is the safety and hygiene concept of Friedrich Hotel GmbH for the protection of our guests and employees:

  • All employees are trained on the necessary hygiene guidelines
  • All employees with cold symptoms are quarantined for at least 7 days
  • All cleaning activities are intensified
  • Any gathering of people is avoided
  • All employees wear a FFP2 mask if the minimum distance can no longer be kept
  • A current, negative coronary test must be presented for arrival. Fully vaccinated and fully recovered persons are exempt from this regulation.
  • FFP2 masks are mandatory in the hotel building and on the way to the seating area.
  • Our breakfast room is open for overnight guests.
  • Cashless payment as far as possible
  • Fixed assignment of floor / chambermaid
  • Disinfection of all light switches / handles at every cleaning
  • Ventilation of the rooms during the entire cleaning time with the window fully open - where possible with a draft
  • Change of cleaning cloths after each room
  • cleaning staff works with FFP2 masks and gloves
  • Beds are not shaken up during the stay
  • Lead rooms are not cleaned - only on request
  • Personal belongings of the guest (for example pajamas) are no longer touched by the staff
  • Towels/bed linen will be changed only upon request
  • Contact data collection of all guests
  • Keeping distance from 1.5m
  • We do not shake hands at present
  • regular disinfection of hands
  • Adherence to coughing and sneezing etiquette
  • Intensive hand washing after going to the toilet
  • FFP2 masks mandatory in all areas.  Mask can be removed at the table and in the hotel room.
  • Reduction of capacities in the breakfast room to ensure the minimum distance of at least 1.5 m
  • Long ventilation of the catering rooms between, before and after meals.
  • The catering rooms were equipped with HEPA or UVC air filters to constantly remove infectious aerosols from the air.
  • Service staff with FFP2 mask
  • Regular technical inspection of dishwashers and replacement if necessary to ensure hygienic cleaning of dishes and glasses.
  • Regular disinfection of the surfaces
  • Meeting guests need a test before each event (max. 24h old).
  • Placement of disinfectant dispensers in front of the meeting rooms.
  • Prolonged airing of the meeting rooms before and after the meeting.
  • Equipping the meeting rooms with HEPA or UVC fans.

  • Allocation of extra large meeting rooms
  • Chair free - chair occupied rule (chair remains as a spacer),
  • Meeting rooms are not entered by staff during the meeting.
  • Clearance takes place after the end of the conference
